As a result of a reduced metabolism you will get reduced weight loss or none at all which therefore beats the point of a diet. Sadly though, when you stop the daily diets the weight will immediately shoot back up.

Furthermore, to make things easier in these hectic lives we live in, there is no need for you to go on a calorie counting diet. The every other day diet will only encourage you to eat the different classes of food in portions.
